Newly released is our first proper chef’s knife, the Silhouette. It’s a svelte 7.5” design with high-hardness Magnacut for the steel and exclusive carbon fiber for the first run. Hardware is comprised of stainless steel Corby bolts, with optional lanyard hole. Each includes a leather sheath/blade guard. The first ones are available now with your choice of low serial number.
